Service Description

This is an 90 minute in-person session to receive Reiki and/or Somatic Experiencing™️, a way to process and release emotions, make connections, and explore creating space in the body. You will access energetic support in this session to move through challenging experiences or just day-to-day life. As an intuitive practitioner, this is an opportunity for you to share in a non-clinical confidential space without judgement, tools or solution-finding. This is a space for truth, discovery, radical self-acceptance, exploration, and spiritual sustenance.
